A pipe burst but our spirits didn't!

Unfortunately for this family a pipe burst in their upstairs bedroom, dousing the bedroom in water. The extent of the damage got worse as time went on because as we know, the sooner you can call us to respond to water damage, the better. This loss extended through the upstairs flooring to the main level of the condo.

The water seeped through the ceiling on the main level and extended all the way into the kitchen and down onto the flooring of the main level. The wood in the kitchen accumulated too much water and had to be removed.
