Mold damage began in this Minnetonka bathroom when water began seeping through the tile to the wall behind. Often, when you find a little mold, it leads to the discovery of a lot of mold. Such was the case in this instance. We needed to tear out all the tile and the wall behind the tile so we could mitigate the mold damage. WE used industrial air movers and dehumidification equipment to dry the surfaces. High tech moisture monitoring devices were employed to alert us to the time when the affected areas had dried enough to be treated with an antimicrobial substance to inhibit future mold growth.
