Groveland Mold Remediation

This kitchen in Groveland was significantly damaged by mold growth. The slow leak behind the base sink cabinet supplied plenty of moisture for the mold spores to develop into the mess seen in the Before Photo. To mitigate the damage the colonies needed to be exterminated by opening up the wall and exposing the cavity for clean up and treatment. A small demolished area salvaged the remainder of the walls and studs from further damage.
